Beautiful building and amazing staff. Kaleb is so great and he hosts the best events. Look for the rooftop concerts!

Looks are deceiving, building is beautiful and staff kind, but once you’re a tenant Greystar and management don’t truly care about you. AC doesn’t work for a lot of tenants, no fixes. People are beyond frustrated and it’s never amended with tenants. When they built the building they didn’t install the right thermostats in units so during certain hours AC just does not work because the system on the roof isn’t flowing properly. Please put your money elsewhere, do NOT be fooled. We are heading into summertime in LA and already have had heatwaves and nothing is fixed.

Updated as of April 25 2026- still no AC fixes for our apartments 2 months later….Have lived at Luca for almost a year now. I was the 13th resident to move in last year to the newer building and as you might expect with newer builds, I hit issues like no Internet or air conditioning for two weeks. Back then the management proactively applied credits to my rent portal to compensate for the issues. Fast forward to the past 8 weeks where our apartment has had no air conditioning working (and LA has experienced some 85-95 degree days).
